David 'Hooligan' Tyner a Former Marine accused of killing four in gun massacre horror - including prostitute featured on HBO's Cathouse

A former Marine charged with killing four people, including a prostitute on HBO's Cathouse, will go on trial next month in the brutal massacre.

David 'Hooligan' Tyner is charged in the death of Brooke Phillips, who worked at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in Nevada.

Phillips was found dead in a burning home in Oklahoma City on November 9, 2009, along with the bodies of Mark Barrientos, Jennifer Ermey and Milagrous (Millie) Barrera, who was also pregnant.

All four had been shot before the fire was started.

Since both Phillips and Barrera were pregnant, Tyner faces two additional murder counts for a total of six.

Another person of interest in the murders, Denny Phillips (no relation to Brooke Phillips), was on the run until he was seriously injured in a shootout with police outside a Motel 6 in Tulsa. Read More
