A teenager has died after plunging from a 17th-floor flat during a police raid in southeast London.Police say the 18-year-old woman fell from the bedroom window of the tower block in Woolwich at 9.30am.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police were at the Mulgrave Road home to carry out an arrest.
A man was taken into custody on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
The Metropolitan Police's Directorate of Professional Standards (DPS) has also been called in to investigate.
