Anders Behring Breivik Judge REMOVED for Making a Comment online for Breivik Deserved the Death Penalty

Lawyers on all sides in the trial of Anders Behring Breivik have called for a judge to be removed following revelations he called for the death penalty for the far-right activist who killed 77 people last year.
