Albanian wanted for multiple murders in his home country arrested in London after 15 years on the run....Now for The Huge Task of Trying to Deport Him

An Albanian fugitive accused of multiple murders in his home country has been arrested in north London after 15 years on the run.

Ndrieim Sadushi, 41, was picked up last night by police outside his home in Southgate on an international warrant.

He is alleged to have been involved in the killings of three people and the attempted murder of a fourth in Albania in 1997.

In addition to being wanted by the Albanian police, authorities in Italy accuse Sadushi of money laundering and drugs trafficking.

Sadushi has been linked to the notorious Kadeshi armed gang, of which all the other leaders have been arrested.

He is said to have used at least six aliases to evade the authorities.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police’s extradition unit arrested Sadushi outside a property in High Road, Southgate.

He is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court for an extradition hearing today. Read More
